How to Sponsor:

Please download and fill out our sponsorship application (link at top of page). We ask that you send a paper copy, along with your check to us at this address:

Please email your logo (jpg, gif, png, pdf, eps, ai)  to sponsors@northwestpermaculture.org.

The NW Permaculture Convergence is a unique event for greening homes and communities. We expect 300+ people to attend. There will be site tours, presentations, plenary sessions, networking, and an educational Expo. Permaculture is the design of sustainable, and even regenerative, human habitats.

Sponsorship Levels and Perks:

Grassroots Sponsor      $250
1. One admission pass (include meals).
2. 12 months of advertising on our website sponsor page, including name, logo, url link, and brief description of your organization.
3. Sponsor’s name on the main stage banner and entry easel display.
4. We will display any literature you send us for the conference.
5. An NWPCC Certificate of Appreciation.
 
Supporting Sponsor     $500
1. Two admission passes (includes meals and accommodations).
2. A space in the Trade Show (includes a table and 2 chairs). If you cannot attend we will display any literature you send us for the conference.
3. 12 months of advertising on our website sponsor page, including name, logo, url link, and brief description of your organization.
4. Social media promotion through our Facebook pages.
5. Logo placement on our posters produced after your commitment.
6. Sponsor’s name on the main stage banner and entry easel display.
7. Verbal recognition daily at plenary sessions.
8. An NWPCC Certificate of Appreciation.
 
Champion Sponsor     $1,000
1. Four admission passes (includes meals and accommodations).
2. A premier space in the Trade Show (includes a table and 2 chairs). If you cannot attend we will display any literature you send us for the conference.
3. 12 months of advertising on our website sponsor page, including name, logo, url link, and brief description of your organization.
4. Logo placement on our posters produced after your commitment.
5. Sponsor’s name on the main stage banner and entry easel display.
