Registration includes all meals starting Thursday dinner, camping, workshops, circles, rituals, fairy dust and all the joy your heart can hold. If you are staying for Monday Immersion, Sunday dinner and Monday breakfast are also included.AFTER JULY 4th add $35 to all general admission registrations

Cancellation Fee: We know life changes, but cancellations do require time and effort on our end and we believe in paying our workers a living wage. Registrations may be transferred 100% to another person, or to another Fairy Congress event – the online Gaian Congress January 2025, or in person next summer. If you need money refunded, there is a cancellation fee of: $75 for Adults, $60 for seniors and $45 for young adults. No refunds after July 10th.
Arrival Times: The Gate will be open on Wednesday afternoon for prepaid early arrivals, on Thursday from 11am to 10pm, on Friday from 8:30am to 10am. For the best event experience please try to arrive within these times so we can welcome you in fairy style! If you need to arrive at a different time, please let us know and we will email you arrival details a day or two in advance.
