Convergence 2023 was a beautiful event, sinking into our values of people and earth care. Workships, excellent food. Shout out to chef and team for feeding us so well. Want to tip our presenters? As I prepare my heart and life to step down from the board, I’m reflecting on what I have witnessed. How myself and the organization have grown and changed. Becoming self aware and more resonsible for our actions. What sort of information would you like me to share with an exit letter? I intend to share about the challenges and successes that stuck out to me over the years I’ve had some part to play at these annual events, from my first worktrade in 2016 to now.
To R&Rrrr and set the tone for next years NWPCC events with me this changing of seasons, please join our Annual Meeting via zoom, Sunday Nov 05 from 10a-12p, or come to the retreat in Sequim, Washington. Folks can camp at the farm or get a place in town, join anytime.
Please join us this weekend for our annual community retreat in Sequim Washington. Its all for R&Rrrrrr. We can cook together (we have lots of vegetables on hand), rest, restore and reflect.
There is group indoor dry places (like the farm yurt) to camp, and plenty of nice spots in town.
Weekend In-Person Highlights for community near and far:
- Fusion dance Saturday night, mini-lesson at 6:30, dance 7-10 in the medicine woods.
- Sunday Digathon! 2-4pm. Herbs to transplate, trade and for party favors.
If that’s not in the cards for you, join the Nov 5 board meeting 10am-12pm to be a forming plans and teams for the 2024 season.
