UPDATE:
Skeeter tells me, we will move the plans for this big Earth Repair gathering to May 2026.
Big news! The Global Earth Repair Convergence & Festival is moving forward—with new dates, a more flexible format, and a commitment to accessibility and resilience. Due to the unexpected closure of hospitality services at our original venue, Fort Worden, we’ve postponed the event from May to September 18-22, 2025.
Our new plan allows us to adapt the scale of the event based on interest and funding. We are currently negotiating to reserve the Jefferson County Fairgrounds as well as Fort Worden again for presentations and most of the conference sessions. We plan to have plenaries, keynotes, musical numbers, brief speeches at circle gatherings, and combo panels of in-person and online participants.
So pencil it in: September 18-22. The Global Earth Repair Convergence & Festival brings together leading voices from around the world to unite in a joyful, strategic, and grounded effort to regenerate ecosystems and cool the planet. With over 70 committed presenters thus far, we are co-creating a vibrant community space with live music, art, ceremony, hands-on workshops and deep discussion.
