Upcoming with Dominic Barter — Pegadas & Dialogical System Design
An Invitation to Explore Systemic Nonviolence in Practice
Dominic Barter is offering open Q&A calls and public Taster Sessions in Dialogical System Design, a practice exploring how nonviolence can be applied not only interpersonally, but in how we design social systems themselves.
A simple way to hold this is as a living analogy:
how do we learn, together, to “build the kitchens” that can feed everyone hungry—not only for resources, but for connection, partnership, and new ways of being together?
This work supports development across three layers:
- the inner (self-relationship)
- the relational (how we meet each other)
- the collective (how systems are designed)
Learning Journeys
Pegadas (4 months, online) — entry point into practical system change work
Percurso (18 months) — for those actively building or sustaining dialogical systems
This work explores nonviolence at the level of systems design—what Dominic describes as a collective analogue to Nonviolent Communication.
