After taking a pause in 2025, the Northwest Herbal Fair is returning for a special one-day gathering on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Finnriver Farm & Cidery in Chimacum, Washington.
While this year’s event is shorter than the traditional weekend fair, it will preserve the spirit that has made it a cherished annual gathering. Herbalists, growers, medicine makers, healers, plant enthusiasts, and curious newcomers are invited to reconnect, learn, and celebrate together.
The day features herbal product vendors, workshops, guided plant walks, farm tours with Friends of the Trees Botanicals, live music, community singing and dancing, networking opportunities, and a reunion of the Northwest herbal community. Finnriver’s food vendors and beautiful farm setting provide a welcoming backdrop for the festivities.
Herbalists have long served as educators, caretakers, growers, and keepers of traditional plant wisdom. The Northwest Herbal Fair celebrates this living tradition by creating a place where knowledge is shared, friendships are strengthened, and the relationship between people and plants continues to grow.
