These sessions explore how nonviolence can be applied to the design of social systems, creating flexible systems capable of nonviolent impact across inner, relational, and collective levels. They offer a living analogy of “building the kitchens” together—supporting connection, collaboration, and meeting needs beyond monologic or oppressive systems.
